- 50 ml ENGINE Gin
- 120 ml Indian tonic water
Pour all the ingredients directly into the ice filled glass. The tonic water must be very cold! Garnish with a sage leaf.

Negroni Recipe
- 30 ml ENGINE Gin
- 30 ml Red Italian bitter
- 30 ml Sweet vermouth
Method: Pour all ingredients directly into a glass with ice and stir. Garnish with lemon peel and a sage leaf.
Negroni ![Americanino]()
Americanino Recipe
- 50 ml ENGINE Gin
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Sugar syrup
- One Egg white, or foamer
- Five Fresh raspberries
Muddle fresh raspberries in a shaker, add other ingredients, plus ice, and shake well. Double strain in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a raspberry and a sage leaf.
