Signature Serves by Engine Gin

• Engine G&T Recipe

  • 50 ml ENGINE Gin
  • 120 ml Indian tonic water

  Pour all the ingredients directly into the ice filled glass. The tonic water must be very cold! Garnish with a sage leaf.

• Negroni Recipe

  • 30 ml ENGINE Gin
  • 30 ml Red Italian bitter
  • 30 ml Sweet vermouth

  Method: Pour all ingredients directly into a glass with ice and stir. Garnish with lemon peel and a sage leaf.

• Americanino Recipe

  • 50 ml ENGINE Gin
  • 20 ml Lemon juice
  • 20 ml Sugar syrup
  • One Egg white, or foamer
  • Five Fresh raspberries

  Muddle fresh raspberries in a shaker, add other ingredients, plus ice, and shake well. Double strain in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a raspberry and a sage leaf.
